By accessing or using Privacy First Labs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Privacy First Labs provides browser-based tools for processing files and data. All processing happens entirely on your device using client-side web technologies. We do not upload, store, or process your files on any server.

Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use the Service to process files you do not have the right to process
• Not attempt to bypass any usage limits or access controls

Free and Paid Tiers

The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free tools are available with basic processing limits. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features and higher limits.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and limits at any time. Changes to paid plans will be communicated to subscribers with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Privacy First Labs. Your files and data remain entirely yours — we never access, store, or claim any rights to them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed output will meet your requirements.

Since all processing happens on your device, results may vary depending on your browser, operating system, and hardware capabilities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privacy First Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or inability to process files.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services:

• Cloudflare Pages — Hosting and content delivery
• OpenStreetMap — Map display (only when explicitly requested by you)
• Payment Processor — Subscription billing (disclosed at checkout)

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
